We are a physiotherapy clinic located in the center of Kaunas City. Over more than 10 years of work, we have helped many of our patients find the causes of body problems by adopting individual physiotherapy and health care methods. Our major purpose is to help our patients to understand their body \u2013 to discover new opportunities for movement, enjoy well-being and engage in their favorite activities.<\/div><\/header>

Poor posture, insufficient or ineffective movement and injuries cause muscle, ligament or tendon disorders that restrict joint movements, causing pain or discomfort. When working with a patient\u2019s body, physiotherapy techniques are selected and intercombined to improve the condition of soft tissues and joint mobility.

Deep tissue massage is applied to restore the fascial structure, trigger point therapy helps to reduce muscle tension, while massage, taping and other techniques stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation and strengthen the function of an affected area. Corrective exercise therapy is applied individually to strengthen particular parts of muscles, restore coordinated muscle work and balance joint function. It is a very important component of physiotherapy that helps to reduce pain and prevent it in the future.<\/div><\/header>
